The Anderson County Mayor, Mrs. Terry Frank, visited St. Mary’s School in Oak Ridge, TN, on August 31, 2016, to talk to fifth-grade students about local government. While at the school, Mayor Frank also talked about the county’s anti-litter program, Litter Free in Tennessee!
